This project involved the comprehensive facade lighting design and implementation for the Jade City Commercial Center, a premier retail and business hub. The primary challenges included:
Visual Impact: The building features a unique geometric dome structure and vertical glass curtain walls. The goal was to create a dynamic and eye-catching display that stands out in the cityscape without appearing chaotic.

Headline: Dynamic RGBW LED Facade Lighting for Maximum Customer Appeal
To address these requirements, our team at RAINDAY LIGHTING designed a customized RGBW (Red, Green, Blue, White) LED Facade Lighting System that transforms the building into a vibrant nighttime beacon.
Fixture Selection & Layout:
We utilized high-brightness LED Linear Lights and LED Pixel Tubes to trace the building's vertical lines and the intricate geometry of the dome canopy. This created a striking "cage-like" effect that highlights the architectural depth.
LED Wall Washers were installed to illuminate the main facade uniformly, ensuring the building is visible from all angles.
The dome structure was fitted with programmable LED strips, allowing for dynamic color shifts (e.g., purple, blue, green) that attract attention and create a festive atmosphere.
Color & Control Strategy:
The color temperature and hue are fully controllable via DMX512 Control System, enabling the client to change the building's appearance for holidays, sales, or special events.
The base color palette includes deep purples and blues to evoke a sense of mystery and luxury, complemented by vibrant accent colors to draw the eye.
Sustainability:
All fixtures are IP65 rated (weatherproof) and IK08 rated (impact-resistant), ensuring longevity in the outdoor environment.
The LED technology ensures up to 60% energy savings compared to traditional neon or halogen systems.
