1. What power options are available for LED wall washers? What control methods do you support?
    
   We supply 24W standard LED wall washer as mainstream model. We support constant voltage single color, as well as DMX512 external control for RGB/RGBW dynamic lighting projects.

2. What material is the lamp housing and lens? Can it operate stably within -20℃ ~ +55℃ for Dubai desert climate?
   The housing adopts thick die-cast aluminum alloy, tempered glass lens. The fixture works steadily under ambient temperature from -20℃ to +55℃, suitable for high-temperature desert environment in the Middle East.

4. What IP rating does the 24W wall washer reach? Is it resistant to sand and salt mist for coastal UAE projects?
   Our 24W LED wall washer reaches IP65 waterproof rating. The sealed structure provides good performance against sand erosion and salt spray, applicable for both inland desert and coastal landscape projects.

5. What beam angles can you supply for 24W LED wall washers? What is the effective lighting height?

    

   Available beam angles include 15°,24°,30°,45°,60°,90°. Narrow angles (15°/24°) for height 6–10m; medium angles (30°/45°) for 4–6m; wide angles (60°/90°) for 2–4m.

6. Is anti-glare shield available as an optional accessory? Can we customize housing color and cable outlet position?

    

   Anti-glare shield is optional. We support customized housing color, front / side / bottom cable outlet to meet different concealed installation requirements.

7. Which LED chip brand do you adopt? What is the service life and light decay performance?

    

   We adopt original Epistar LED chips. The rated lifespan reaches 50,000 hours with low light decay, ensuring long-term stable outdoor nightscape lighting.

8. What is your MOQ for standard 24W models and customized OEM orders? How about mass production lead time?

    

   The MOQ for standard 24W wall washer is 50 pcs. For OEM customized orders, MOQ can be negotiated. Lead time for bulk orders is 15–20 working days after deposit.

9. Can you provide lighting render design service for commercial buildings, bridges and riverside nightscape projects?

    

   Yes, we offer professional lighting effect render design for building facades, bridges, residential compounds and riverside scenic belt lighting projects.

10. What certifications can you provide? Can you support document preparation for UAE ESMA registration?

     

    We can supply CE, RoHS test reports. We are able to provide relevant technical documents to assist customers with ESMA certification application in UAE.

11. How long is the warranty period for the 24W outdoor wall washer? How do you handle after-sales for overseas projects?

     

    We provide 3 years warranty for the 24W LED wall washer. For quality defective products, we support replacement or compensation in the next bulk shipment for overseas engineering projects.
